The insurance claiming process is complicated, and it requires time, knowledge, and patience. At Insurello, we developed a digital-first solution to simplify the process of claiming compensation and make it accessible to everyone. In 6 years, we have already helped more than 20 000 people gain fair insurance compensation, and the user count is growing by the hour.
About the role:
Behind our innovative digital solution is a fantastic Operations team that makes sure that customers who approach Insurello receive the best advice and help and ensure a stellar customer experience. As a LIA intern at Insurello you can expand your knowledge of the insurance industry: learn how insurance claims work in practice and collaborate with many insurance companies. Finally, we propose a great chance to work in a digital-first Insurtech company that is trying to help consumers get the most out of their insurance.
What would you do daily as a member of Operations team?
- Manage incoming customer claims in our CRM system;
- Investigate the customers’ opportunities for the right compensation;
- Collaborate with insurance companies, police authorities, and hospitals;
- Contact our customers via email, chat and phone to guarantee them a smooth and first-class customer experience.
Moreover, being a Claims Specialist is not only about helping customers. We also help each other to learn new things and to become experts in insurance domain. We love to celebrate success and have many competitions, AW’s and constantly challenge each other to become even better. We understand that Operations team is crucial for Insurello’s success and define our company’s future – and this brings fire and motivation in our daily work.
