We are all passionate about continuously improving our product offering through tech solutions and advancement. In close collaboration with the Product team, we bring new features and smoothness to the digital journey. 

We are interested in and want to learn functional programming. Today we use Elm,  F#, and just a little bit of TypeScript but we are always open to testing other alternatives if it benefits our product.

We work together and usually with mob programming or pair programming. We believe in an agile way of working, and we are happy to remove unnecessary meetings, excessive detailing, and time estimates.

We believe in our architecture - event sourcing with microservices. We make sure our team understands and feels pride and participation in the architecture we have chosen.

We are curious and want to share what we have learned. We organize meetups and talk informally about code and architecture in our book club, lightning talks, retros or such.

Our stack today: 
Elm, Node.js, F#, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL all on AWS with ECS, Fargate & Docker.

    About Insurello

    Every year, millions of euros are lost in unused and unclaimed insurance compensation for personal injuries. There are many who do not understand their rights and common insurance terms, but above all, it is lengthy paperwork that makes many people ignore completing their application. 

    Once the injured go through the whole process, they often miss out on unknown insurances that they directly or indirectly pay for.  That is why we have created Insurello - to ensure that our customers have an easier way to fair compensation.
